A little about me
Hi everyone,
I am Pamela Haynes. I have TM and I have had it for about eight years now. I am 19 and married. I've had alot of problems these past years. I've have had my gal bladder removed and now my stomach doesn't work. I've been having a lot of pain in my back and legs and the meds. they have me on aren't really working. Well thanks for reading. Our dear friend Ken Oliver
I should have done this sooner but I just thought about this...
featuring our dear friend Ken Oliver because he has passed away a short time ago.
Ken was a great and true friend to me, such a wonderful and special man. We had many great and heartfelt conversations. I will miss him greatly.

Feelings of Losing
Sitting here in pain and depressed listening to ("Lastnite I didn't get to sleep at all") by the 5th Dimensions. Damn,,,isn't that the truth. I just was thinking back to how i was before Tm. I really miss my old self. It hurts physically and mentally. I find myself feeling angry and that wasn't me. "God,,, help us manage this pain.Help others understand the pain,depression and challenges we face daily."Amen...
