Chronic Hasimotos and TM

My life has been a yo-yo this last year. Thyroid level has been really high for a year until just recently, now it is really low. Dealing with a car accident which upset my balance and hurt my right shoulder in December along with the TM is alot to deal with along with working and just trying to take care of myself. How many of you also deal with more than one chronic illness?
